I feel like calling lotus roots in English even when I explain it in Japanese lol
The other day, my mother recommended to me to measure my blood sugar-level through a few days to understand my body well.
But I didn’t feel like it because I already know carb without oil like sugar and mochi adds my blood sugar level too high!
Instead carb with oil like cake and pastry doesn’t contribute to my blood sugar level!
I learnt it by recording my weight in the long run!
